Over the past few months, we’ve had quite a lot of overseas inquiries hitting our inbox for rugged circular connectors, especially D38999 series parts. A good number of our clients work within aerospace, defence hardware and industrial automation sectors, and most of them run into real‑world pain points: constant strong vibration, salt‑fog exposure, and extreme temperature shifts that make cheap connectors fail fast.
Our D38999 I/II/III range complies with MIL‑DTL‑38999 standards. The bayonet quick‑lock plus anti‑tilt insert design works well to avoid mis‑mating. Full EMI/RFI shielding helps block signal noise. It runs from ‑65 °C up to +200 °C and holds IPX7 sealing. Items like D38999/20FD35PN, D38999/26FC35SN can be turned out for both small prototype runs and bulk production orders. We do get frequent requests for fluorosilicone seals when clients’ equipment sits around heavy oil exposure.
We don’t only supply bare connectors either. Finished cable harness assemblies, aviation‑grade shielded RJ45 units and ARINC 600 modules are built in‑house. Some customers need drop‑in replacements for old imported components, others bring fully custom contact layouts. Tooling lead‑time will stretch for those non‑standard requests, so we always flag that early in communications.
Based in Jianxi District, Luoyang, our engineering team works directly with foreign buyers. We tweak shell plating, seal materials and back‑shell accessories to match actual field conditions. Feel free to reach us if you want datasheets or lab‑test samples for your project evaluation.
