Aerospace connectors and special wiring harnesses are used extensively in harsh environments, and product reliability directly affects the safe operation of complete equipment. We prioritize process control and quality inspection. We have built a standardized production system for D38999 series circular connectors, precision contacts and custom aerospace cable assemblies. Production is carried out strictly in accordance with MIL-DTL specifications to deliver highly reliable interconnection solutions for global customers.

We have professional technical and quality inspection teams to implement full-process management from incoming raw materials to finished goods delivery. Raw materials are sampled for material and plating inspection. During harness production, every procedure including wire cutting, shielding treatment, precision connector crimping, insulation protection and labelling is standardized. For connector contacts, we closely control gold plating thickness and surface treatment to realize low contact resistance, excellent vibration resistance and corrosion resistance.

All finished products pass multi-stage testing. Wiring harnesses undergo continuity, insulation and withstand voltage tests; connectors are checked for dimension accuracy and mechanical compatibility. Non-conforming products will be isolated and reworked to prevent defective goods shipment. We keep upgrading tooling and operating standards to improve product consistency and meet strict requirements from aerospace and industrial measurement & control industries.
